FBSS haste !

HI All!Not posting alot here but thought i would take this downtime opertunity to share a few things. I recently completet the FBSS quest and have run alot of tests with it before the server went down today. I was trying to figure out the haste on it. So what this i do. I pulled a green con that i know to have alot of HP (rabid hounds in Rivervale) I hit attack and just stood there until mob died. Visually its hard to tell the haste so thank god for logs. From my findings i got 8-11% more attack having FBSS equipped. I did not look at damage since i loose 4 STR from my old belt and i wantet it to be looking at haste only. My best guess is that its 10% haste and since haste does not effect the refresh on our special attacks (WHY NOT????) my best estimate is that it will up DPS with around 5% in an average fight..not a hell of alot but its still a nice item. Seems to me the 21% haste FBS had in EQ1 has deteriorated some, well it is old ). It is however still a hell of nice item...good stats good AC and the quest is way fun to do..good XP reward as well and 42K status.PLZ...PLZ..PLZ.. Dont ask me questions about the quest. I will give you this...you need to be 40 to start quest and 42 to wear belt...how to start it. Search Windstalker village in antonica for Old friends. so where does it even state that there is ANY haste on it whatso ever? I mean i know there was in eq1, but its not listed here at all so why do people thjink it has haste?
