<DIV>I dinged 18 last night and I'm trying to kill the gnolls for the hallmark, however I can't find good gnolls to kill. Someone told me you have to kill green or higher, killed some sabertooth guards in BB and some Darkpaw outside and didn't get any credit. So what kind of gnolls do you have to kill? And where is a good spot to kill them where they are low enough for a lvl 18 to solo?</DIV>

<DIV>Okay I found an area. The spot by the distressed merchant over by Archer's Woods. Kill Sabertooth Battlers there. Green and given credit.</DIV>

I believe the quest states the gnolls must "pose a challenge" or something like that so they have to give you experience (and I think some gnolls are right on the threshold level of being grey but remain green and don't count -- probably a bug).I didn't find this part of the quest too hard really.

I did mine at the Keep of the Ardent Needle. There can be upwards of 6 roaming solo green mobs there. It takes a little while as you have to wait for respawn and such, but other than that it's a joke. Forget the gnolls and worry about the bucket of water...<BR>
I killed grey miners for all those quests, the one in BB. Some were still green, all counted as 'a challenge.'
