Staggering Stance question

<DIV>Someone tell me if they think staggering stance is working right, with respect to it's recast timer.</DIV> <DIV>If you don't get it cast on your tank before it fades, you have to wait for the recast timer to finish, which starts when it fades.</DIV> <DIV>That doesnt make sense to me and being that it has such a short duration, it is very annoying.</DIV>

<DIV>It's bugged in some way, half of the time when I got to use it, it's recasting, even though it's 30 sec recast and 3 mins. I think sometimes when it fades the reuse timer goes off.</DIV>

<DIV>Yeh definately.</DIV> <DIV>Fading starts the recast timer, which is dumb since if you catch it before it fades there's no timer.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I hope they fix it soon.</DIV>
