Level 25 skill - Break Through (Bug?)

I thought this was removed, as I did not get it automatically.But I checked a broker today and saw some APPIIIs of it for sale.I bought it, seems to do a lil more damage that thrust kick, Same timer though.Also adds a debuff to the mob, that says it allows me to do more damage... but I can't tell a difference in that respect.Regardless is this APPIII a bug, or is the fact we dont get an APPI of it a bug?

Odd since the skill is "tranquility"I think we just don't get it like we're supposed to personally, the skill appears to work fine, and seems inline with our class, even though they forgot to change the animation from "warrior kick" to "monk kick"

It's most likly supposed to be flagged physicality, and be the missing 25 skill bruisers are missing.
