How rare are monk adepts on your server?

being from Nek, there are not many 30+ monks on the server (infact last I checked only 2 of us) But there seems to be a shortage of adept books, like dragon stance, karmic focus, sweeping crane, silent threat and winters talon (and the majority of the rest to 190) infact, from skill 143 to 190 I've only ever seen 4 monk skills avalible in adept, play dead, break through (which is agruably not even supposed to be for us) pouncing tiger and striking cobra. this is after a lot of hunting in RE/EL/ZEK/ROV etc and many friends keeping an eye out for tranq based skills.. Are you guys finding these to be very rare aswell?

Tough on my server too, (Innothule) /shrugWhenever I see one I buy, the price means nothing to me <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I actually tend to find more monk adepts (and cheaper at that) in the blackmarket than at home in qeynos.

Even killed green 2up Decaying Skels, from 1/2 way into 19 till 20, that drop Adepts pretty frequently, nada. Fortunately guild has a Scholar so I have App3s for most stuff and actually found Mend Adept1 on Broker, paid thru the nose 50sp <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />, but I snatched that up.  When you think about it the chances are pretty low of getting one.  There's how many diff Char class, sub-class, etc combos?  By the time you're hunting mobs that drop Adepts, how many different spells/skills are available?  And we're looking for a very small subset of that <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />   Think they need to do something on the frequency personally.  Just my luck they'll change it so mobs on IoR start dropping Adept1s  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<DIV>I have everlasting flame adept 1.  All the rest are app3 (to 36, my alchemist friend hasn't leveled to 37 yet).  The only 30 to 40 adept 1 I have other than that is sacrifice, which actually dropped for my group in Nek castle.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My guildie has Wintry Talon, but I've never seen it again other than that.</DIV>

<DIV>I find it much easier to get your Adepts from the black market.  I rarely see books drop for ANY of the classes in any group I'm in, though Monks seem to be even more rare.  I find a lot more Bruiser books than Monk.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'm under the impression that this is, for some reason, by design.  The people who group more often with those of th eopposite city are more likely to get your drops, and thus, there's more chance they'll be on the black market broker instead.</DIV>
