Robe of the Lost Circle???

<DIV>I have seen lots of Heritage Quest Information about lots of items, but no where have I seen the Robe of the Lost Circle mentioned.  That was one of those items in EQ that really made you feel like a monk after the patience of camping Raster in LGuk.  Anyone found any info on it yet?</DIV>
