Monk Question: Staff

<DIV>yep.  you can do just as much damage with a 2h staff as with dual fist weapons.  get some cool animations with it too if you choose a bo.   the other staves wield like a two-handed sword.</DIV>

<DIV>Hi,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The main difference between the weapon types would be on the speed. The monk quest bo staff is at 1.7 speed while fist wraps are at 1.3. Dual wielding at 1.3 is most effective against caster type mobs, more chances of interrupt. However against a mob that ripostes this is not very desirable. Using the 2hb bo would be better since it will make you less susceptible to counters from mobs.
