<DIV>Okay so I dinged 20 monk and got my 39pt bonus to deflection. Stats now read 139/100 like it is supposed to be. Leveled to 21 and now my stats read 139/105. This does not sound like it is working as intended. I have bugged it, but if its not a bug, then as we level we will slowly be losing our innate Deflection bonus.</DIV>

You're right, mine is 138/106, I have no idea how I lost one, either.

I dont like the sound of this. Are we going to get no deflection increase for 8 levels, untill the cap gets back up to the skill? And then have the same defection as other fighters? I would report this to SOE as soon as possible.

<DIV>Already reported it, but I encourage others to report it as well. With the skill showing 139/100 at level 20.. i would think it is supposed to be 139/139 as its an innate increase in our max skill. I see no reason why they would leave the base at 100. Hoping it is just a bug. </DIV>
