Safe fall?

<DIV>I see this skill in my skills window, but no matter how many times I jump and take falling damage I never see it go up. How do I practice it, if not by falling?</DIV>

Perhaps it just rises with levels? It might be it reduces the falling damage by a percentage based on its value.
