<DIV>Hello, i'm moving up into t5 soon, though am a bit wary in that my gear, while pretty good for t4, cost me a ton and i need to make a lot more cash or do a lot more farming and harvesting and such for good t5 gear. So my question is, what place is good to get good t5 legendary/fabled zerk gear? </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I know most of you don't want to share your secrets on a public forum and such, but any help, even in pm's, would be greatly appreciated. </DIV>

<DIV>I'd say Solusek Ro's a good place to check out. Of course, you wont find everything in the same spots, but Sol Ro accomodates a few pieces of choice plate gear and some weapons as well, as well as a good belt for the time if you want something different than FBSS. Of course, if you dont have FBSS, get that, and get the Journeyman Boots for solid AC and extra runspeed for a while.</DIV>
tbh every tier in plate up to t7 basically is: mastercrafted=best plate. The only armour that remotely resembles plate so far is runnyeye defender vs ebon, but then - it costs more than ebon, and lasts only 3 lvls before ebon is better. (38/39 vs 42)I wish that some of hte armour that was dropped that 'had' to be mid-tier actually lasted more than the rest of the tier.. 38/39 armour lasting til 42 isnt really worth it (imo) for the 20ish mit you lose, not to mention the lambent proc...Overlords sabatons (RoV) are a good indication of good loot. they are effectively t3, but last til t5, as the mit and stats are comparable.I havent seen any t4 or t5 armour that is worth searching for thus far, RE is good for mc's to buy ebon, but not really for mc's to get stuff to help your toon per se.I've bought mastercrafted since t3; just hit t5(42 today) and will likely be in cobalt in t6, and most likely xego in t7 (although the price of instanced armour atm might make it slightly more appealing to skip xego, who knows)I dont see any armour worth searching for thus far that would replace mastercrafted; and apart from ebon, it's all pretty cheap ( <30g per cluster)<div></div>

<DIV>I have been playing a Paladin to really learn them in and out and I got some nice plate rewards from a quest line that started on the Butcherblock Mountain docks and led to a sentry that stands by the zone to Gfay. The final quest was a short mini event where bugbears stormed the Dwarven outpost and so it was really a fun set of quests. Got some nice greaves that I wore to lvl 40 and then replaced with some fabled I had laying around in my Zerkers bank.</DIV>

thanks for the responses! I have seen a few pieces,, this shimmering star helm and bracer i think, and this hammer of hardened mettallic steel or something on the broker for way toomuch plat and they looked a bit better than the t5 mc, a little curious as to where those drops, and i'll definitely take your suggestions into account. Thanks again!
they come from t5 raid zones. If you have a few buddies you can 1 group them with a 70 tank and acouple of 70 healers, mentored down ofc..(not the tank)its usually a lot of autoattack; so be prepared for a long fight, and ofc the 70's dont get the rewards <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>

Every T5 contested mob (which drop the best stuff) can be easily done with 7 people mentoring a lvl 56 toon and a lvl 70 tank. It's about as close to exploitation as you can get without actually doing it.
