I'm a level 24 Berserker and I was wandering what kinda gear I should be looking to get. I'm currently wearing handcrafted plate armour at the moment but what's the best gear out there for my level? Also what instances should I be doing. Thanks in advance<div></div>

I don't think they'd include that in the game :p</span></div>

<DIV>I am a level 25, and I am doing the AQ (Armor Quests) for Freeport. When you finish them, you look like this <A href="http://everquest2.station.sony.com/en/main.vm#professionBerserker" target=_blank>http://everquest2.station.sony.com/en/main.vm#professionBerserker</A> so they are worth it, plus the armor is awesome for level 20-30. I would reccomend it. The quest giver is this guy in West Freeport. I don't know his name though, lol. It does begin with a D, and he is over near the furniture shop area in a building on the left wing of it doing blacksmith work.. he is human.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Good luck.</DIV>

<DIV>Yeah do the Berserker armor quest chain.  It starts with Dyric in East Freeport or Ian in Qeynos Harbor.  When forming a group for it, state which quest you are doing and what zone "Armor quest 3 group forming for fallen gate PST".  There are armor quests for all the classes and you should get people wanting to join.</DIV>

Look for vanguard plate, that gives you STR/STA boosts and those are the stats a zerker really wants boosted. For your tier (T3) you want pristine forged carbonite vanguard plate, or steel for mastercrafted. Get the chestpiece and pants imbued if you can, the heal and damage procs are useful. When outfitting your non-armor slots, spread the boosts out. It's tempting to go for as much STR/STA boost as you can get, but the combat changes have made AGI and WIS really useful in a fight. WIS in particular will help keep you from being mezzed as often, and it'll help you completely dodge magic damage just like AGI helps you dodge physical damage. It's also been suggested that INT improves the effectiveness of taunts, but I haven't tested that. So when looking for waist, ear, wrist and neck items, spend a little bit boosting AGI, WIS and INT and let your armor and weapons help with STR/STA.For weapons, with the combat changes I go with a pair (or trio, one each of slashing/piercing/crushing) of dual-wield weapons and a tower shield. That gives me the ability to switch to sword-and-board at will with only a minimal cost in damage compared to a 1H weapon (per-hit's down but the speed almost evens it out).<div></div>
