Buyable gear list for the 55-70 range ? [Archive]

<DIV>I'm dropping my 63 bruiser in favor for a zerker and want to build him for a good group tank. Just would like some imput on some buyable fabled/legendary gear( including weapons) from lvl 55 to lvl 70 range, yes I have looked on brokers and such, but there was not much there. Just trying to compile a list so when hit that lvl range I know what to look for or wait for someone to sell, instead of buying a costly piece of crap I could have upgraded 2 days later for 1/2 the price P.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> I am also wanting to do light raiding one day, if you want to use that for imput as well. Cost does not matter. I just want to be able to keep my group( RL friends) safe and keep agro on me. <DIV>t7 there are quite a few choices of purchasable items... for the low 60's i started with xegonite mastercrafted, blade of bixies as weapon, it works good and has minimal delay, it works great for the double attack in the buckler/stamina line, and mastercrafted buckler, mastercrafted pristine imbued dragonhide bandolier and throwing daggers,hammers,shurikens....</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> as you move into the mid to upper 60's theres the awakened scalelord plate items, these are not to be confused with awakened scaleborn items as the scaleborn items are pretty much junk, the Awakened Scalelord items are great upgrades to xegonite and are obtainable by camping the green and red dragon in PoA, just camp them, kill them numerous times and you get nice jewelry also, you need a decent group for this, but the dragons arent very hard to kill... lvl66- cuirass of protection, good breastplate, obtained in blackscale sepulcher.... your hooluh class hat, obtained by doing the quest Blood of the Brood, i dont think you can beat this helmet until you raid.. Dark majestic sabatons lvl 67 i think, maybe 68 ,drop in HoF i got mine off of sothis, these are lore no-trade though not hard to get if you know how to kill sothis without the add's, you might have to kill him a few times, to obtain them, we use a trouby and mezz him and run back and fight him in the big round room, this makes him pretty easy and we only end up having to fight 1 or 2 add's, or we use a conjuror and he pulls with his pet... into jewelry the dark and light chitin rings from Den of the Devourer also not very hard to obtain for free.. the light chitin rings are rarer than the dark chitin rings, i have one dark chitin, waiting for a light chitin now, and might go with 2 dark chitin rings, i havent made up my mind yet.. waist item, adjutants belt, forgot where i got this, but you can buy them cheap, or the exarch's clasp also cheap... neck vitae immortalis, wrist- i havent found anything yet, maybe someone could point us both in the right direction... shield/buckler i use a buckler, i will be after the ironplate shielding also in PoA from the metal snake on the third floor.. high 60's weapons, the ancient velium weapons shouldnt be hard to get your hands on, on my server they go for one plat on average and are nice until you get drops off of named content..</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>definetly do the claymore line like you stated...if you do this you wont have any trouble getting the stuff i mentioned above for free, and you'll be ready for the labs trash runs for the relic gear..</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> these are just a few items, i am sure there are many more out there though..</DIV><p>Message Edited by ChopStix on <span class=date_text>11-12-2006</span> <span class=time_text>01:43 PM</span>
