Well i like the AE DPS of the Zerk, and seeing how DPS is good for aggro control and Hate its looking like Cyclone Line with Enhanced Juggernaut and Bezerk from the Bulking Line.

All the Enhanced abilities from the Cyclone Line look solid and useful. Best Line IMO.

I agree dude, i'm prolly going Cyclone stuff too (the end thing i dont know about though) and some of the other stuff, like the enhanced Mayhem and Violent Pledge. My DPS is probably one of my best tools at holding agro (besides my taunts), and if we ever get a friggen guardian fulltime and geared (and who knows how to play well) I'll prolly step down as MT and either DPS or play my healer ... and if im DPSin that would help there also.

To be honest... I am not sure.See I enjoy 2 boxing and like the lesser stress of having really high regen... so I had planned on using regen because some of the other stuff sucked. But they nerfed regen it seems from 10% per AA to 3% per AA... which means it is now 1/3 as powerful per AA as I had read. Now some of you would say "regen ain't worth crap skoshi"Well maybe not to most of you but when you stack perma zerker regen + perma fury regen + the zerker regen proc... all at M1 and all boosted with AA's you are talking ALOT of regen. On an epic... it's not so hot... not even against AE because you are taking like 5k blasts... but against normal mobs just tearing through a blue mob zone... well... it's impressive. It allows you to use the healer for nuking alot more... and when someone else takes a stray hit... why bother healing them.... they will be full soon anyway...For a raid I agree it's not worth much... but considering how often I grab aggro by accident... I'm not so fond of adding more DPS... especially AE DPS which is what usually gets me killed.I would like the 2 "rampages" reuse time reductions... but it's pretty deep... and it's pretty expensive for such minor reuse time reductions.I am looking now at the debilitation line... I think that would be nice.... even though it is weak also... 15% increase to useless junk still = useless junk... our debuff stuff is weak... to make adding AA's to something week seem good you need to bump it up more % per AA.Basically I think SOE still needs to revamp our AA's...I am very unimpressed.... I will get the proc rate on warcry upgraded... that I am sure of... it might proc enough already... but having more procs just to make sure won't hurt and considering our options... well... it's probably the least useless (OMG I shouldn't have said that... it will get nerfed to make it no less useless than the other AAs!)

I plan on getting the enhancement for Mayhem, the enhancement for War Cry, then putting enough into Debilitation to get Gut Roar. The rest will go into Cyclones, and hopefully it works out nicely enough for me to reduce the cooldowns on Open Wounds and Destruction. I wanted to get the improved Juggernaut, but with the penalty reducer being removed I am not so impressed anymore.

Probably

4 Violent Pledge, 3 Persistent Battering, 3 Agonizing Press, 5 Disfigure, 5 Gut Roar (20 in Debilitation, 20 total)

5 Mayhem (5 points spent in Perseverance, 25 total)

3 Engulfing Rage, 6 War Cry (9 in Bulking, 34 total)

3 Bloodbath, 3 Wall of Ferocity, 3 Stunning Howl, 3 Destruction, 4 Open Wounds (16 in Cyclones, 50 total)

I'm going to avoid all of the regens, the weak and yet incredibly expensive life-saver modifications and the "empty" part of the tree which comprises pretty much the entire center. Depending on proc rates I may also skip the 9 I put into bulking and use it to round out Cyclones by maxing Open Wounds, Destruction, and Blood Bath. The rest may go into debilitation. The only ability from the V2 that I would miss in the above build would be the improved Suppressed Rage, but with defense skill being cheap as dirt and diminishing returns coming into play I may be overestimating that as well. Kind of ironic that they'd offer us boosts to abilities on diminishing returns (like +DEF or +MIT) and then offer linear boosts to our DPS, which doesn't have diminishing returns. Makes it a bit of a no brainer.
