Splitpaw CA worth getting?

<DIV>I recently did this myself.  But it's really not needed.  It taunts for about 10% less total hate, but it has a small chance to proc for twice as much.  I'd rather consistantly do 10% more hate than to rely on a proc.  Not sure, but I think the resistivity is slighlty better on my normal (adept 3) one, too.  And you can't use both, as they are on the same timer....it's one or the other.  Only reason I went and got it, was because I was hoping I could use both at the same time, but I can't.</DIV>

Ya, just checked it again, it only has 29% resistability compared to the adept 3 which is 40%.  That's important.  Even if it was 40%, probably still not better than the regular (outrage).
