Destruction Hit %

<DIV>Has anyone else noticed very low hit % with Destruction (appears as rampaging blows in parser)? I have been seeing between 70-80% to hit here lately. It is master level so i wouldnt expect such a low rate.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

that s because now mob can parry deflect your rampagingblow. makes a lot of sense to dig your sword haflway through the mobs chest to make destruction proc and have the mob miraculously parry it even though he has the sword/axe/hammer already deep in his body.I once had destruction fully parried over the 10 possible proc, needless to say it suck not to have 10 guaranteed proc from our class defining ability, this skill has been nerfed enought already would be cool if we could have it work without fail or parry.
