The brawlers have a buff that has a high chance to trigger (50% I think), and when that happens it adds some damage and it taunts as well. Just tell him to remove his buff, and you should be able to keep aggro.

ya, you can ask them to remove their taunting buffs, but sometimes they don't want to.  In that case, just continue trying to hold aggro, as you always would, but don't get discouraged when you lose aggro to them.  Send a tell to the healer(s) and ask them not to waste too much mana thrying to keep them up, because you warned them.  Don't waste your big taunts (like rescue) trying to get it back when it's on these people - save it for when others (like healers or other high dps'ers who aren't taunting on purpose)
