<DIV>im always playing around with my zerks AA's to the point where i think its gonna cost me a fortune the next time. at the moment im at wisdom:4/4/4/8/1 and strength: 4/4 planing on being 4/4/8 what ever, but now that im seeing how much executioners wrath sucks or that its bugged im thinking of changing again, who reason i wanted str line was for inc crit chance and the 70% chance with that attack, but it lasts for 1 attack [Removed for Content] is the point of that, i auto atack before i even get to use one. unless i plan it perfectly so that im not facing the mob so i dotn auto attack its pretty pointles</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>so im thinking what else can i do to get the most DPS outa mt char, im always hearing go down stamina, but not really sure though the doulbe attack thing looks nice. any advice some people could give me would be wonderful thanks.</DIV>

when you press your hotkey for auto-attack RIGHT after you pressed the executioner's wrath hotkey, you will disable auto-attacking until you used another combat art.that way you can actually use the 70% crit chance with a CA that's worth it.

If you want the most DPS, the Stamina line is pretty much required. You can couple that with any other line and have the full effects of both as long as you are using the weapon type for that line. For Example: A buckler plus a sword lets you use both the Stamina line and Intelligence line to the fullest.<div></div>

<DIV>no line is required to do good dps. IF you're tanking and you have the option to switch to a buckler (meaning your healers and/or group buffs make up for the differences), then you can gain about 300dps (of course this depends on how good your 1 hander is). But I'm sure if you took the AA choices to give you DPS, Haste, and/or Crits, you could accomplish the same, and not have to wear a buckler or be tanking.</DIV><p>Message Edited by FightGame on <span class=date_text>09-01-2006</span> <span class=time_text>05:27 PM</span>

<div></div><div></div>He did say that he wanted the most DPS right? The Stamina line gives the largest boost to DPS and it is fully compatable with any other line. It seems like the best way to get the most DPS to me.Just to be clear here:I have a fabled one-handed axe with a damage rating of 81.I have the Stamina line with a 76% double attack.I can take the Strength line that gives me a 22% added chance to crit.I can use both AA abilities without the need to swap gear (Buckler Reversal and Executioner's Wrath). Can a fabled two-handed weapon even compare with that kind of DPS boost on a one-handed weapon?<div></div><p>Message Edited by Kaberu on <span class=date_text>09-02-2006</span> <span class=time_text>12:49 AM</span>

says buckler does that mean any shield or only buckler-types? i want to use a tower sheild for the maximum protection and because the seem to give best stats for a fighter, bucklers usually have lowest protection then plus int and wis. wis i like for resists but int is pretty much useless. just wondering though cause people seem to love the sta line and that makes me think you can use any shield.<div></div>

Nope, only bucklers. If tanking is a concern, spend the points in the defensive boost as well. Switching from DPS to tank mode is as easy as switching stances. Truthfully, even in defensive, you can probably out DPS yourself in offensive before AAs. The loss in defense is small and I tank raid zones easily with my buckler (as do other Berserkers on my server). The increased aggo from the extra damage is a nice bonus and you actually wind up with a 4.5% chance to parry attacks from your flanks and rear. Technically though, you are not as fully defensive as you could possibly be if you stuck with tower shields but as long as you make it a point to keep your defensive stances upgraded and get the best buckler you can, defense shouldn't be an issue.<div></div>

I for the life of me cant remember the name of the axe, ghostly lookin axe you get during early stages of claymore, like a 7.0 delay w/ HUGE base dmg. Anyways, equip it right before you use exe wrath, I've popped crits [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] near close to 3k dmg. In duels Ill blow through mystic wards in one hit with that axe. Takes some getting used to and timing but its awesome to have.<div></div>
