<DIV>after looking over our AAs for a bit and reading a couple of threads on it, i have a couple of questions. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1. i have decided to go down the STA line in order to get the double attacks. do you guys think it would be worth maxing out buclker reversal as well? is it worth putting another 4 points in it or should i just put in the 4 that are necessary to proceed?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2. after going down the STA line, i decided to go down one other line mainly for the defensive/tanking buff of that line. i do not think i will need the +hate from the STR line due to the double attacks from the STA line, so of the remaining 3 lines, what do you guys think would be the best, AGI for +def, INT for +parry, or WIS for +mitigation? also, is the last move in the AGI line worth the 8 points? (the one that makes you invincible for 12 seconds but stops u from attacking)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>3. finally, of the offensive buffs, which do you think would go best with the double attacks from the STA line? i was thinking that the +haste from the int line would be good since you would be double-attacking more often, or possibly the aoe from the AGI line. (btw, does the double attack work with the aoe thing? for example, if my auto-attack hits 4 mobs, would it double attack all 4 of them?). this is not really THAT important for me as i am mainly focused on defensive buffs after having to use a buckler for the STA line, but if it comes down to 2 lines it could be the deciding factor.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>any info anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated:smileyhappy:</DIV>

<P>If you are definitely going with the STA line then you're best bet is to go with the WIS line as well if you plan on tanking. Get the +mit maxed at 8 and the +dps maxed at 8.</P> <P> </P> <P>Mitigation is king.</P>

Im really interested in the STR line. I like the crit and for some reason I just like axes. DW or single or two handed. Would it be feasable to go STR/STA and use a one handed axe? Then wouldn't I get the +crit% AND the dbl attack? I would just have to use a one handed axe and a buckler? Am I right in thinking this?<div></div>

you could just swap weapons every 30 seconds, which in heroic fights, is once a fight, so just start with the axe in the beginning of the fight to activate the crit and swap to a better weapon(if you have it).If your going for max, dps, then yea str/sta line is the way to go.<div></div>

does the +22% crit from the Str AA line apply to all attacks? melee and ranged?<div></div>

IMO it's much more beneficial to have 8 points filled in double attack, block %, mit buff and DPS % then spending anything in the 8pt ability.

agreed.  The + to slashing, crushing, piercing, doesn't allow you to do more damage, it allows you a better chance to hit.  And even when I'm in defensive stance, and spamming my temporary defensive buffs, I still rarely miss.  The 8 points can surely be better spent, imo.  Granted, I were fighting a level 74 mob, the +'s would help me hit more, but if I was fighting a level 74, chances are, I'd be raid buffed and have these things any way.
