<DIV>I started my berserker and I ahve him well equipped fromt he Queens Colony gear.  However, he is lvl 10 and I want to get him some heavy armour.  All of the old quests for armour that I know of were for the old days when warriors wore medium armour.(the heaviest these quests give is medium).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I really don't want to buy store bought iron plate, so where can i find drops/craft/quest/etc?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>A 2 handed sword wouldn't be bad either.</DIV>

Well u might be out of luck for quests as far as i know. When game came out no one could wear plate from 10-19 i think, not sure, do there r no quests im aware of. Try to buy some crafted off the broker, if not then u have tomake due with chain till 20. But thats not so bad u will be 20 in no time and 10-19 is very fast, fear not my friend. <div></div>

Trudge through to 14 and then find an armorer to make you a set of crude carbonite plate. Get tier 3 mitigation at 14. Stats will suck, but with that mit you will cruise to 20 (and it isn't hard to hit 20 anyway). Work on the quests in the newbie zones for temp armor pieces and great xp.

I almost wish that they kept the old ways.  When I was levelign my paladin, I did not have to worry about armour, since i got get gear fromt he clothspinners, soulforge, and various halflings in the baubleshire. I almost wish they still had the archetypes...then life would be a bit easier.

The heaviest pristine armor you can wear unfortunately is iron chainmail. But as a previous poster mentioned, you can wear crude carbonite at lvl 14. This will make things cake in the teens. I did this for my zerker on the Nagafen server, but I was my own armorer <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>

Better do this before the next Live Update. I play on test and the new recipes have changed how armor works. You can no longer wear crude carbonite at level 14. All carbonite armor is level 20 or higher.

BAH!!! It's easy go to Oakmyst there will be guy named Charlin near castle view. Do all his quests you can get a helm. with sta and wis on it in plate.  Or you can pick the staff; up to you. Then go to forest ruins and do the quest side line there. Lastly go to the caves and do all the quest side lines there. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Quests should be really easy at your lvl. Good luck. And the armor is not bad my Scout is still using it at 19. In Baubleshire there is armorer diggs do his bracers quest. This is the first quest I always do when I make it to qeynos with a new character. <div></div>

The 3 quested plate armour in the caves gives boot, leg and BP. There are 3 different plate BP for you to choose from when you complete the final quest. These 3 pieces have better mitigation than crafted iron chain armour. However, the 3 quests are heroic quests, so you need to get a few people together to complete the quests since the mobs are 12++ heroic gnolls. Also there is a named rat in the Bog(not heroic). Sometimes it drops a plate arm armour too. That's all the plate armour that I know on qeynos side for level 10-19. My paladin is currently running around in plate armour since level 14 with 493 mitigation unbuffed. <div></div>
