Sta/Wis AA line, weapon and buckler combinations

<DIV>So I decided I'm going down the Wisdom and Stamina lines, and I've found a pretty decent combo.  I have the Leaders Scepter of Power, and a Shield of the Flapping Wing.  I haven't seen any bucklers in game that are better than the flapping wing, and I've only seen a few fabled weapons that beat the scepter.  So, I know some of you guys have lots more raid and high end item experience than me, so post up anything that you've seen or have that would be an upgrade.</DIV>

<P>I followed the Sta line till I maxed out the double attack skill at 76% - I wont go higher in that line. I am maxing out the wiz line for the DPS% boost - the mitigation and the negation of stance penalties. Dont yet know what I will do with any extra points. Looks like a solid AA combination.</P> <P>Havent found better than the flapping wing yet - but man is it nice!</P> <P> </P>

I'm not positive but I've heard ironplate shielding? sp?  also mentionedafaik those are the only two high end bucklers from my forum searches - I could be wrong though<div></div>

<P>Can't remember the name of it off-hand cause I haven't looked recently, but mine is from the named in Halls of Fate.  Has the highest mit of any buckler I've seen... like 795 I think.  Just check in the loot for that zone and you'll see it there.  Starts with an "A".  As my mainhand weapon, I'm spec'd for int, so currently I use the warder's call sword.  Decent damage and FT2.  I'm on PvP, so I'm shooting for the 1hand sword on the PvP merchant, which is ridiculous.</P> <P> </P> <P>-Vroheem of Talisman</P>

<DIV>I too am going STA and WIS.  I have some concerns now about LU 24 and changes to our class.  It seemed our most effective tactic prior to this involved using knock-downs and such to help slow the damage coming in.  With the AP and at least one skill losing knockdowns, this will be more of a challenge.</DIV>

belly smash's best use really was the -mitigation it did, even with epics, conj KD, but thats all gone with so belly smash is really only good for groups and soloing. And i personally don't see the lessening of stuns that detrimental, in any event it'll last the duration it states instead of breaking on dmg.<div></div>

<DIV>I've since amended my AAs, going to stop after the full double attack, go the full wisdom line, and I'm not sure what else now.  Ironplate shielding only has like 400 or so protection, Archaic Buckler looks kind of nice because of the mitigation and resists, but it's still only around 400 protection.  Oh well, guess I'll stick with the flapping wing until they add new stuff.</DIV>

I forget what stats it has i think its 20 and 10 to sta/str and some good resists (i have it too).  The <STRONG>Al ajeroz</STRONG> (cant remeber the name, even for 5 seconds! lol) Shield seems pritty good to, it has <STRONG>better stats/resists</STRONG> and a nice 5 to defence (parry would be better).  I think the although the Al ajeroz shield factor <STRONG>isnt as high</STRONG>.. the <STRONG>defence </STRONG>makes up for it?  can any confirm this?</P> <P> </P> <P>Vladnor The Berserk</P> <P>70 Beserker, 43 Armorer</P> <P>Spirit of Dawnsong</P> <P>Splitpaw</P>
