Open Wounds is certainly not working as intended. <FONT color=#00cc99>Early testing suggests that Dragoon's Cyclone is also affected by this bug, I also experienced abnormal hit patterns on my target but am not seeing the attacks on other enemies. Will report in more if I can figure anything else out.</FONT>

The same problem with hurricane looks to be happening with this skill as well.  Sorry about that and a fix is already on the way <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Got open wounds to proc on a grp but nothing out of grp

Dunno if that's what u mean but on RE server LU23 just kicked in and i found OW acting very strange, so i tried some tests with and without reactive buffs (taunting defense/weapon aegis/offensive stance) and found out that Ow works like this to me: hit #1. Hits ONLY the mob u are targeting hit #2. Hits  the mobs in the surronding area (facing or on side) EXCEPT the one you are targeting (this means except the one it hit with the strike before) ... hit #(n-1). Hits ONLY the mob u are targeting hit #(n). Hits  the mobs in the surronding area (facing or on side) EXCEPT the one you are targeting and it's not because i'm missing or they're parrying or whatever, tried with several weapons on several tiers of mobs <div></div>
