Beserk broken?

<DIV>I have War Call (28 % more dps/haste) and Engulfing Rage (27 % more haste) at M1, but I when I mouse over the icon when berserk is up it says only 14.8 % and the persona window shows the same. Obviously something is broken.</DIV>

U were mentoring, hence your CA's skill levels went down in accordance with your level.  just recast the spells

I cancelled the buffs and recasted and now it works again, but I didn't mentor anyone since the last time I rebuffed.
