Grizzlefazzle is nice from easy quest in Drednever Crash Site in the Bonemire. Defense is not capped as such - you will just get further diminishing returns the higher it gets. Your stance (being 5<img src="/smilies/b2eb59423fbf5fa39342041237025880.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> will not be on the loot tables of KoS mobs (afaik) so you will have to try and get a drop from DoF - might be able to farm one from Poet's or one of the raid zones.  I think at 69/70 you are to high to get it from any of the other group instances - although you might be able to mentor down. <div></div>
