Shield of Flapping Wing drops in Ascent of Awakened off x2 trash mobs.  Think stats if i can remember off hand are 20 sta 15 agi 990 protection.  Azejor's guard will have the better stats but less protection but those 2 are the best bucklers i have seen in game drop.  The drop rate for Shield of Flapping wing is also very common we got at least 8 of em in a couple of hours the other night.<div></div>
