Where to train/buy skill level 3 abilites? Not NQ ...where?

<div></div>Pretty good explanation, I think the guy that started designing the spell system quit Sony or something.  Adept 2 used to be your gift at lvl 14,24,34,44,54,64 - but that has been changed to Master 2.  At this time there is no such thing as Adept 2, Adept 4, Master 3, or Master 4.  The rest of the info he gave is pretty darn solid.  Buy all spells off broker at Adept one, pound stones or buy lvl specific rocks for adept 3's to be made by a Alchemist.
