<div><p>I think I know what I'm doing (Ha!) but I can't get the Ex Wrath to trigger. I have 4 ranks in Ex Wrath (spent all at once) and a two handed axe equiped but the buff simply will not trigger - can anyone let me know if I am doing anything stupid - I have killed zillions to make sure it's not a rare trigger.</p><p>Any help would be appreciated.</p></div>

Executioner's Wrath is activated, not triggered.  Use it like you would a CA.<div></div>
