There is a giant NPC outside the forge in Solusek's Eye. He'll craft the armor for you when you bring him the pieces. I've seen statless armor drop in SoS, but is that the right pieces? Is it actually labeled "relic"? I don't think he'll talk to you unless you are at least level 65 as well.Gem wise, this is what berserkers need as well as the relic plate armor for each slot.Chest - 3 pristine moonstonesLegs - 3 exquisite emeraldsShoulders - 3 exquisite malachitesForearms - 3 exquisite onyxHead - 3 exquisite opalHands - 3 exquisite peridotsFeet - 3 exquisite pearls

The statless Draconic Crap from PoA and SoS are not the relic items, just vendor trash.Relic armor as far as i've seen only drops in Laboratory of Lord Vyemm. They drop off wooden box, since the actual item is not treasured, legendary, or fabled. Its simply no trade.Described as "Relic <something>", but relic is in the name.

Where is the Laboratory of Lord Vyemm? I am guessing a raid zone but have not heard of it yet.

If you climb up the side of the building that houses the zone in to the halls of fate you will find a little blue glowing orb. Right click on it and you can zone into the Labratory of Lord Vyemm. If you go in solo the zone will be unpopulated and you can freely explore about 2/3rds of the zone for aa experience but the back door won't open because you can't kill any mobs.

I asked one of my friends about this last night and he told me that you also need some rescipes called "patterns" that drop from some raid mobs before you can have the stuff made.

wow ty for the info on the pieces needed for the armour. yeah sucks they put a lockout on it right when we find out the purpose. i have not talked to a person with relic armour yet so i dont know how its made but to my knowledge you jsut need the gem, armour, and most likely $$$$$ to give to the giant but thats just a guess...would n e one here build class armour for an entire SERVER for free???

The patterns are the drops of trash mobs in all epic instance zones. You can get drops in Lab of Lord Vyemm and in Ascent of the Awakened. The drops are an item with no stats but the name is relic "spaulders" or the equivalent. You then take your item and your gems down to Sol Eye and have the giant craft the item for you.ATM as of yesterday the Lab is removed of all its mobs. YOU can zone in there and run around all day and night but there isn't anything to kill. Looks like instead of posting something about it they are just killing the zone until they figure out how to make it so its not farmable for these relic drops.

Where you by yourself when you zoned in or did you actually have the people for it? Because someone else said if you zone in all by yourself then it will be empty.

Can you confirm that the Lab of Vyemm is the only zone where you can get the Relic armor drops?

Laereneth wrote:
What level are the raid mobs in LoLV?

Thanks!

Starting at about lvl 68 epicx4s, ranging all the way to Lord Vyemm himself who is lvl 74 epicx4.I went in here and tanked the first few encounters at lvl 66, when we were exploring KoS. 12 people, ranging from lvl 64-69.This was before we knew Relic dropped in the zone. I'd suggest your MT be lvl 70 just to make it easier. The mobs can hit pretty hard, and a few encounters have mobs that use Debilitating blow (-4200 mit).

infernus006 wrote:Can you confirm that the Lab of Vyemm is the only zone where you can get the Relic armor drops?

Of the easily entered zones i'm 99.9% sure Vyemm is the only zone that drops Relic. I've also heard that Deathtoll (not-so-easy to enter zone) also drops relic armor. Of the instances that are currently not in-game, I cant say.

Message Edited by Mjollnyr on 03-17-200603:45 PM
