Haste and DPS broken?

<div>So I play a lvl 60 Fury and my boyfriend plays a 60 Zerker. Usually with his buffs and mine, when he uses open wounds he hits 100% haste and close to that in DPS. The other day we tried to do Scornfeather ( which we have duoed since about lvl 56 easily) and wiped terribly. Today when we logged in i read that mobs had been overpower in the last patch and that was fixed so we tried doing the instance again.... and wiped miserably. We tried the first named bird 4 times and couldnt get her under 30% life. He opened his personal window and with all of our buffs going and open wounds his haste and DPS never broke 40%. Is there a problem with open wounds atm? Previously it would drop the first named at least 2 bubs of life now it did about half a bub. Seems to be something awfuly wrong with the way things are working atm and i was wondering if anyone else is having issues like these?</div>

<div></div><p>I was using it last night and didn't seem to have a problem. In fact I was opening my persona window to check my haste because I was grouped with a dirge and with him popping blades and me using open wounds.....let's just say the grouped mobs never had a chance, LOL. If I recall correctly I was hitting the haste mark at about 130% or more with my only haste item being the FBSS.</p><p>I will double check tonight and repost if I find differently.</p>

I've not been in roost lately, but I'd check the debuff icons if I were you, mobs have a tendency to stack some nasty things on you now (slow, mitig and resist debuffs in huge chunks).<div></div>

<div></div>Debuffs shouldnt be the issue i cure them as fast as they hit. We checked again and still his haste and dps wont go over 44% even with my buffs, open wounds, and his procs going off like crazy <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> dunno whats wrong.
