Do armor Tiers matter? for instance does the term Fabled mean anythign more on armor then Treasured.. if u have a fabled shield with same stats as a tresured shield which is betetr? or do the mobs not care if its fabled and if so why does armor even have tier names like fabled treasured legendary. i was under the assumption that same stat its fablked always mitigated better just based on the fact thats its a higher tier armor item. but people are telling me thats not true at all.. that the fabled title basically means nothing. can anyone confirm this at all?<div></div>
