boy its been a long time but if my memory serves me correctly helm was one of the hardest slots to find quest upgrades for at that level...........may wanna just splurge for some crafted.<div></div>

Spindlecog's New JobA quest in baubleshire, you get a pretty decent helm from it. NB: you have to buy the gnomeish language primer.<div></div>
