What's current best haste on an item?

<DIV>I beleve your talking about the T6 belt,   that is the highest i have ever seen but i still like the stats on the FBSS.  Not sure if 7% more haste is really all that much.  loose stats and gain 7%.  so its kinda give and take..</DIV>

Girdle of Conquering 12 stam 12 str 225 magic 225 poison 20% haste Tier 5, easy to get, rocks the stats off the belt shown. <div></div>

strewth where does that girdle of conquering drop and any other info on it that you can give.................also what is the exact haste on fbss and what are we capped at.....havent seen a straight answer for this yet thanks my fellow zerkers <div></div>
