Here's another bit of Berserker goodness to be added to the annals of flipping out and killing everything:Berserker, the Comic Book! (make sure you say it with the same gusto you would if you were saying, "Spaceballs: The Flamethrower!")Lair of the Shadow Dream, starring your friendly neighborhood Berserker! I know... you don't really see any berserkering just yet but fear not, it's only the first issue! When I finish the first berserking sequence, I'll post it here to get impressions... I want to make sure I get it just right :smileywink: For the most current link to the comics, check here: Comic collection post!
Message Edited by Kaberu on 11-03-2005 04:04 PM

I was inspired! I have made my own Zerker comic based off my 56 Zerker Skullz, on BB server. I think its acually harder to make comics than movies lol. But i really enjoyed it. Check it out tell me what ya think.
SKULLZ - Vol. 1 - The Rage Within

Message Edited by Kage848 on 10-31-2005 05:13 PM

Comics might be easier to piece together... once you get the shot. The trick in comics is to get the perfect moment in a screenshot so you can draw more emotion from the scene. The hard part is that it's not always obvious. For instance, in the second issue, there is a scene where it looks like Kaberu is about to push open the doors to Fallen Gate. In a video it would look silly because I just walked up to the door and used /dance. The power of words is amazing... Just the layouts with only pics might look great, but add some text boxes and the scene really takes off! Another fun part? I have literally a few hundred unused shots on my hard drive. :smileysurprised: It is a nice feeling when a comic is finished however :smileyhappy:

Yea thats true about the still shots for comics. Like walking into or out of a door. In a movie u just disaprear lol. The reason i find it a bit easyer to make movies is cause alot of the time ill go out and shoot raid stuff or reg fights and ill get some great stuff. and when u put that into a movie u can let the sceen flow, takes up alot more room and makes it a bit easyer. and a fight in real time motion is takes up more space and is alot easyer than takeing a bunch of still shots and putting words into it. Also with movies i use a song behind them, and you wanna talk about emotion!? i wish i could show u my movies, but there too big for the filesave websit. one is 65mb other is like 90mb lol. wait i do have one being hosted atm. heres the link check it out. A Dragons Touch
