Adept III rescue

Does the upgrade really make that much of a difference?I've started using it again, though it is still App I. And when I hit it, even when the Warlock is going f'ing nuts with the DPS, and I nothing else I do can get aggro back.... I get it back, instantly.I guess I just don't see how it can make me get aggro faster/better, when it already is a 100%, everytime thing.--Z
