Taunting Defense vs. Offending Defense

<DIV>Bottum line if you are going to be doing any major tanking then you will want adept 3 of all our taunts. Taunting defense, Outrage, Fearsome shout, Brutal pledge, Insolent gibe, and rescue. I personally took the master 2 of Fearsome shout. Gave liek 200 extra to hate to ever member of group. I found this much more usefull than anotehr 250 extra dmg on slay master 2 ( NOt to mention the chance to hit really low),  the liek 4% gain on infurate master 2, and liek 8 points extra on bloodboil ( these are comparing master 2 to adept 3). Taunting is in my opinion one of our weakness. So you need to be able to squeeze ever bit of hate you can out of it. At lvl 59 i will be taunting for 1500+ ever 10 sec or so versues before with adept 1 bully and app4 brutal pledge i was taunting folr like 1000-. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also dont forget i see alot of beserker not using insolent Gibe because of add attraction you can use Insolent Gibe then right click on it in your spell efects and cancel that AOe taunting effect if you are afraid of canceling adds.</DIV>

The best part about the changes is the abilty to do DPS when tanking, specally in raids.  Need to do damage and taunt to hold agro.  Before the changes, raid mobs would reposte so hard that the tank couldnt attack the mob, would just have to sit there and use taunts.  Now, the raid mobs don't reposte, and the tank can go off.  On raids ive tanked like lockjaw and the tower sentinals, i was usually able to come in top 5 dps while MTing, and hold agro the whole time.
