T6 Gear question

<DIV>I'm a level 50 zerker, I am starting to get my 'T6' gear together, i'm not a crazy rich person, nor am i in a raiding guild ... I'm looking for good equipment but i'm not sure what I should be putting together. I'll list what i'm wearing below, but if anyone can give any ideas on what i should replace (and with what), it would be most appreciated.
