Anyone have a guide to upgrading lvl 50-60 skills

If so, the answer is: you pray for a book drop that works in one of the Tier 6 zones</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But I have to admit I haven't seen many chests AT ALL playing in SS, or grouping in any of the associated zones, and those that I have seen have almost exclusively dropped while grouping against big nasties you aren't going to be soloing often unless/until you're well into your 50's anyhow (tripleup aggros 48+, in close quarters, usually).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>As for the recipes for scribes...not a clue...haven't seen any on broker, haven't heard any scribes discussing it, don't know whether the recipes are present or not, or how many people have got them on a drop yet, much less how prevalent the rares needed to make the books are...with rubies being rare enough to go for a couple plat each on broker, on my server, I haven't a clue how rare, or in demand, the tier 6 items are.</DIV>

"But my bigger question is how does one go about getting the skills 50-60"Yes after 50 your skills do <b>not</b> auto update, you need to either purchase Apprentice II at Maj Dul in one of the courts or have an Alchemist make them for you (App III, App IV or Adept III) or find/buy an Adept I of the skill.So you're xping along and DING 51.  Nothing happens as far as little blinky icons on your hotbar.  You gotta scribe the spells now.  Until you do that you have no new skills.  So what you'll do is either buy them from some player, find an Adept I of that skill on a drop somewhere, or get your faction high enough (kindly?) in one of the Maj Dul courts (Blades, Truth, Coin) so you can go in there and pick up the App II spells on the Bursars inside.  By the way, there are also bankers, brokers for Freeport and Qeynos and various quests inside the court buildings so it's good to do that anyway.I personally do the following:1.  Check brokers for Adept I.  If it's priced right I'll buy it.2.  If no Adept I or it's too pricey, I'll ask in my servers Trader channel if anyone is LFW to make me App IV version of my skills.3.  In ideal circumstances I have a Rough Pearl ready for an Alchemist to make me my Adept III version of the spell and get that done.  So for instance I know when I ding 53 I'm going to want Unyielding Battering at Ad III and I have a Rough Pearl ready for it so I'll get that made soon, when I ding I'll scribe it.Hope that answers your question.<div></div>
