Missing skills

<DIV>I am lvl 56 with ally faction to truth.  Some skills I notice are missing from vendor, for example I found adept 3 scroll for alch to make incidious gib (sp) at 52.  What else are we missing from faction vendors that I should look out for?  I know mages cant buy call of hero, I assume we have a few skills like that.<BR></DIV>

Gibe at 52, Vision of madness at 55 and open wounds at 58 from what im told they are only available in adept 3 and master
