View Full Version : Is quality a modifier now? (Fabled, Legendary, Treasured etc)

<div></div>In reading about the changes I have come across this a few times:<hr>Armor quality (Handcrafted, Treasured, Legendary, Fabled, or Mythical) has a greater impact on mitigation value than it did before.<hr><hr>Weapon quality (Handcrafted, Treasured, Legendary, Fabled, or Mythical) is now a greater factor in the damage potential of weapons.<hr>Is this indicative of a modifier? Meaning, for the sake of argument I had 2 BP's with the exact same stats but one was Legendary and the other was Treasured, one would be better than the other somehow?I ask because I'm upgrading my gear and there are so many variables it's a tough choice on which piece to upgrade, and to what. For armor I'm going by Mitigation first, stats second. Should I also include quality to that? If so to what degree? Quality > Mitigation > stats? Mitigation > Quality > stats?<div></div>

Dont know if it works the same for STR and STA, but id say it would, you might get more then 4 HP per STA from a Fabled item compaired to Legendary and a higher damage bonus from STR in regaurds to Legendary to Fabled also.</P> <P>Up until the end of beta, i believe all Mitigation was the same, just on Fabled there is more then Legendary, so there is no difference there stat wise except the for the Fabled having more mitigation then the Legendary.</P> <P>In reguards to your question, id go Quaility > Mitigation > Stats.</P>
