I went with Offending Defense.  Great skill useful in groups and solo.  Just need to get used to the root effect.

Awesome spell, eh? Never heard of that I also picked offending defense, and im pretty sure its the best choice, as its a great taunt anf gives dmg proc, that also help when soloing <div></div>
