If you have the ability already, simply find the hotkey under your Knowledge book (always-on auto-abilities do not get a hotkey so far as I am aware), drag it out, and click on it. If not sure if the racial traditions are spells or perm., read the spell discription carefully, if it has a recast time, its not perm. The traits you pick that are either +hps, + mana, +hp regen, or +mana regen are permanant and the regens are both in and out of combat. I picked + hps both times, but not sure if that was the best option or not. I would think it depends on what you want the most. If you spend most of your time soloing for exp, you may be best off with +power regen, as it will allow you to do more damage in combat, but you wont live as long either so who knows <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />. If you want to be a main tank type for groups on a regular basis, I think the +hps would be the best, but maybe the +hp regen would be handy too. Indya 43 Berserker Rat</span><div></div>

AHhhhhhh I get it hehe. Thanks you two for the info...I actually didn't do the racial traits one then I guess. I did for my zerker before the respec, and yeah it was a like 3 min buff with a +2 sta and increase out of combat health regen by xx amount, and yeah it had (I think) a 30 min reuse timer. Heh, I didn't pick it this time. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>

I respec'ed and chose the mana regen option instead. This makes a huge difference to my downtime and allows me to still get a few arts in once i run out of power in a fight. Power regen is definitely more useful for duo'ing/soloing than max hps. I however being a Ratonga am never going to be chosen for the cool kids dodgeball team for having the most hps anyway <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />. So if you spend most of your time grouping as the Main tank, max hps may be more useful. Indya 47 Berserker Rat <div></div>
