A Wierd Bug with Fearsome Shout

Ok, so this is a new one....  Basically any time I use Fearsome Shout I get the message "YOU try to burn yourself with Fearsome Shout, but you resist."  Now I have tried multiple weapons, different mobs, same thing.  The spell is Apprentice IV.  The only thing the same with it, is both days this happened, one of the first spells I used was Berserker Fury (the 50 fluff spell).  I am going to try tonight without it.  However I did upgrade to Adept 1 last night after all my fighting so I don't know if that could fix it too. <div></div>

It's been going on for awile, pretty sure its the "always been broken" fear component of the spell.  It wont matter in 6 days anyway, the spell is differant.
