<DIV>I am continually having to recast this skill. It seems to drop randomly and before the 15 mins. Against all melee mobs, so I know its not being disspelled. This is a great defensive skill to have up at all times. I know there has been problems with this skill before. Used to knock the skill off if cast while the buff was up already. Are others having this prob? Any ideas, besides this unheard plea for a final fix on a much needed zerker skill?</DIV>

    Yeah, it's totally [Removed for Content].  The devs put in a limited number of procs without telling us.  In Harclave, this buff expires in no time because of all the times you're getting hit.  If they were going to put a limited amount of procs, they should have put it in the spell description.  Instead, they stealth it in on us to avoid controversy.  I love SOE.
