Underworld Legplates Question

<DIV>I'd heard somewhere that someone had done a parse testing the 23% DPS increase proc on the Underworld Legplates.  I was wondering if anyone had that link or could explain to me how the 23% increase in dps works.  If its worth a [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot], then every Berserker should try to get his hands on a pair, b/c with a RGF the proc on the legs is in a perpetual state of recast.  </DIV> <DIV>Thanks,</DIV> <DIV>Sabin</DIV>

<DIV>The berserk proc on adept 3 war chant on test atm adds 21 % dps.  Raises the attack rating of the prismatic greatsword to about 75.  It does not effect your attack rating though.  </DIV>

Its a 5 percent chance to proc a 23 percent dps buff.  Do not have any raw data to give you, but I would guess proc up 40 percent of time.  I am almost sure it does not effect skill dmg, I think I woulda noticed skills going up 23 percent.  I am fairly sure if you just straight melee it adds maybe 10% max to dps without using skills (since buff not always up).  I could be way off base though, someone feel free to correct me.  BP with ice proc (metalic I think) prolly adds more to dps.  That said, prolly best legs in game for next 30 days though.  <p>Message Edited by Azril on <span class=date_text>08-19-2005</span> <span class=time_text>01:55 AM</span>

the legs are a 10% chance to proc not 5% and they are to dps not some kind of haste <div></div>

<DIV>The Underworld Legplates(not to be confused with "<U>u</U>nderworld legplates) has a proc to increase dps by 23%. This amount is added directly to your weapons DPS. So your weapon at 40dps becomes 50ish. This is also true with your combat abilities 2nd feature of "Rage" and "Infuriate". There by far the best primary zerker leggings in game.
