Want to work up a combat skill fast?

<DIV>I ignored piercing and after finishing Yak HQ I was dualing it with SBD for fun. Well my piercing sucked so I went to Hargrave's trial in Splitpaw and got to the point where you open the arc and get the super buff. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>After that just pull a single group of the spawned mobs with the weapon you want to work up equipped and walk away from your computer for 30 min or so hehe. The buff keeps you alive EASILY against a single group and since they are even or yellow cons the skill seems to increase pretty fast.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I raised Crushing and piercing up in about an hour from 27ish to 217.</DIV>

I did the same.  My crush and slash were always maxed, but I had ignored pierce.  Picked up a couple of treedins knives from the broker for a couple of gold.  Only took a few harclave encounters to max it.

I had to get my Peircing up and went to TS and just pulled an Undead Goliath green over to the side and walked away...went to work for the day...came back and i had eventually killed him and another one had wondwered over...i think it was a ^^ green, and was trying to hit me and for some reason, because i wasn't fighting back, he wasn't connecting well. GHot my piercing way up and now its maxed out...but i no longer play til the the end of the year.
