Is the EBBC worth it...or should I sell my SOT?

It does make a nice slasher that is capable of hitting the named mobs (aside from ones immune to slashing) which is a boon for you in raids until you get a chance to actually loot one of the fabled weapons... then again you can just spend the plat on a fabled if you have the free money.
