Do Speed Buffs Stack?

Haste buffs stack but only one berserk can stack at once, that includes rage and infuriate.  You will see several berserk icons flashing, but only the strongest one has an effect.  So basically your tides of war+ items+ haste buffed by grpmate+ 1 berserk will stack.  But weapons have a hard cap on haste.  I have been told that the fastest a weapon can be is .6.  So you would want slower weapons if you can find them, to get the most out of your haste.

I read somewhere that min delay would be 1, but then again theres no word from SOE bout it, and its kinda hard to test it And slower weapons are also better because of less riposte, and afaik they proc more often <div></div>

<P>1. Yes haste buffs do stack.</P> <P>2. There is no minimum delay known, the one second delay cap is untrue.</P> <P>3. All the buffs listed do not stack as shown, Rage puts you into a berserk state, so going berserk again will not add any more haste. At level 50, and wearing the FBSS I can self buff to 75% haste, then when I go berserk I get an additional 50% for a total of 125% haste. </P> <P>4. Your math is off, you have to figure your total haste, then figure out how much faster that really is (ie. 100% haste = twice as fast as normal) so at 100% haste a 1.2 second delay weapon would be .6 second delay. At the 125% haste I mentioned earlier 1.2 second delay becomes .53 second delay.</P> <P>5. My personal high for listed haste is 125% while solo, and with the level 50 inquisitor haste buff it goes up to 175%. Might be able to bump that up a little more with a bard, not sure what does and doesn't stack there. They wen't thru all the trouble of displaying peoples avoidance and mitigation and this line of buffs from every fighter class is not included in the recipients displayed avoidance rating. I think we should have a little more clarification on h ow this skill works too. <DIV>None of the level 45 fighter ally avoidence buffs change the number.  Because it is not the targets avoidence its is yours because you are the one blocking and parrying for them, not them doing it.  This is actually a good thing because a MT couldhave 100% avoidence and vehemence (or any other fighters buff) will in a sense take them over the cap.  Put the buff on a friend and have him turn on all his combat filters.  He will see the messages.  You stand nearby and out of combat as he fights, you will reposte on the mob and not even be in combat or targeting it.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>As for the question of the haste, I'll check with him and let u know.  It was alot and using a fast weapon, but I will get the numbers.  </DIV>

I have been experimenting with this recently and have confirmed that yes all items and ca's with haste stack (if on diff reuse timers) Also i have noticed that diffeent berserks stack. Rage does not stack with one berserk but it does another ie the berserk you recieve from taking damage when focusing rage seems to stack with one from one of the combat arts (Cant be sure which) but rage does not. I use FBSS (15% Haste) and Monsoon, Sword of the Swiftwind (10% Haste) Aswell as personal buffs (Around 60%) When in a group with another speed buff on and going this "Double berserk" the Attack speed stat of my character has hit 190+ and then fallen to arounf 150+ when one berserk icon fades and then again when the other fades.
