Drayek's Axe of the Frost

Hello level 50 zerker here. Quick weapon question. I currently weild a monsoon of the swiftwind and heiro crook. I won a Drayeks axe last night, which by damage rating is superior but lacks any proc. I think I'm going to use it over the Monsoon, but wanted to get some feedback before attuning. For my 2HB I'm inline DKP wise for the next Royal Great Flail and plan to use that on anything thats not crush immune. Attune or Sell Drayek? Declan <div></div>

<P>You might want to post more specifics on the damage of the 2 weapons.  Damage ratings can be missleading.</P> <P>The main fault of a damage rating is it compares the damage at it's highest level and some weapons level are over 50 and in all reality, have a lower damage rating for a level 50 player.</P> <P>I've seen level 54 max weapons with a higher damage rating than my crook for instance, but when you compare their numbers wielded by a level 50, it's lower ( add the min and max damage, divide by 2, then divide by the delay).</P> <p>Message Edited by Padien on <span class=date_text>06-17-2005</span> <span class=time_text>11:27 AM</span>

<P>How close are you to prismatic?</P> <P> </P> <P>A 10 % haste proc is not big for a berserker, we have a ton of self haste.  I think you will do more damage with Drayeks, its a tad slower and with the haste it will give you more bang, spec grped with other hasters.  If you are close to prismatic, sell it.  </P>

<DIV>If your are close to a greatflail as well, you may want to hold out.  The greatflail will outdamagep prismatic in raids, and alot more mobs are slash immune then crush immune in raids.  </DIV>
