Which Taunt do I use?

20 - Balok's Challenge - An advanced form of Anger. As a bonus to Anger it causes the berserker to enter a berserk state.31 - Mad Cry : Single target Taunt + stunI'm currently now lvl 33 and I'm still wondering which is better to use. Balok's Challenge is supposed to be adeptII quality and that is better than my adeptI Mad Cry.The descriptions when you examine both show relatively the same amount of hate, with Mad Cry eeking Blok's out by tens of hate.Please help me with this as I'm not sure what to use. Currently I look at is situational, with Balok's being used more to get me into a beserker state. When I want ot interrupt a caster or something, I will use Mad Cry.Please post your thoughts.Thank You

I went with mad cry - there's lots of ways to berzerk, (I find that I almost always am in combat any way and dont need another way to do it). The stun helps out a good deal and more hate is more hate period.  This does raise the question of having multiple berzerks proc at once (have seen 2 at once at most never 3)...do the effects stack?  hard to get a good judge with a parser as they hardly overlap (barely a second at most usually).  /shrug personal preference in the end I guess. <div></div>

I "think" the diff is that ballok's is 20sec recast where as the other aoe taunts are 30 sec... which is a major advantage for holding agro (thats is IF I'm correct on this one..its been a while) <div></div>

It's a toss up at this point really. However mad cry eventually will become much better. Mad cry caps out at Lvl 40 or so, long after baloks. Use whichever gives a better hate to power cost ratio at your specific level.

<P>Im not sure why you need to decide this. Baloks is AOE and Mad Cry is Single Target. When pulling multiple mobs, hit Baloks adn then when ur finishing off ur first HO, hit Mad Cry....or hit Mad Cry right after Baloks if you have a caster.</P> <P>It seems like you will be using both throughout the event so i wouldn't stress about it too much.:smileywink:</P>
