What is the problem with Frenzy - too far away?

I need to be ON the mob for the skill to work, I need to be on the circle of the mob, this is a little bit ridiculous and I hope it's a bug.</DIV>

Seems all multi hit styles are like this.  I know scouts and brawlers that say the same.
