On War Chant skill

 I have warchant Adept I its a straightforward group buff.  EFFECTS:  * Increases STR of group members by 12  I go and use a ruby to get a AdeptIII made.  it comes out  EFFECTS:  * Increases STR of group members by 10  As you can see instead of a overall increase of 2 it is a downgrade of 2.  I assume it is defaulting to what a App III should display or grant and not a Adept III  I did a CS Ticket and explained this and was told i needed to post on it. so here i am.  Is it a known issue? Is the pop up window for the skill jsut wrong. I dont want to scribe it and get a downgrade. So for now my Adept III upgrade i bought is in vault.

IT IS A DOWNGRADE and increased my stat 10 in a check. The Adept III is buged and incorrect. It's set to increase what a App III is (10 STR). It should be a 14, not a 10 and it should be a improvment on a Adept I not a downgrade.  Is this were this needs to be so a GM type can make note of it or fix it? Or should I post this somewere else?

 OK by a strange fluke. I just check broker. anf low and behold <font color="#33ccff">WAR CHANT (MASTER </font><font color="#33ccff">I)</font>  for sale.  I buy it and scribe it.  * Increase STR of group members by 16  app III    = 10  Adept 1 = 12 Adept III  = 10  (should be 14)  Master I = 16  I fixed my problem with a purchase. for now I suggest no one bother getting a War chant Adept III made till its fixed.
